By using ReTruck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing descriptions and photos.
• Listings must represent real parts you have the right to sell.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
• Listings expire after 90 days. You may renew them at any time.

4. Transactions

ReTruck is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, shipping, or returns. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly. We are not a party to any sale contract.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Harassing or spamming other users.
• Scraping, automating, or reselling access to the platform.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the service.

6. Limitation of liability

ReTruck is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of listed parts. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
