ReTruck is a marketplace for used and discounted heavy-duty truck parts, operated in the European Union. We act as the data controller for personal information collected through the platform.

2. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), city, country.
• Listing content: part descriptions, photos, OEM numbers, and vehicle fitment data.
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and interactions with listings.
• Communication: messages sent to sellers through our contact form.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the marketplace.
• To connect buyers and sellers.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, listing expiry notices).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Data storage

All data is stored on servers located in the EU (Helsinki, Finland). Listing images are stored in Cloudflare R2 (EU region). Transactional emails are sent via ZeptoMail (EU-hosted).
